SolvCue ("we", "our", "the app") helps sales professionals record or import authorized sales conversations, transcribe them, and receive AI-generated coaching analysis. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data We Collect
- Account information: email address and display name used to create your account.
- Audio files: recordings you create in the app or audio files you import.
- Call data: call type, duration, timestamps, and other metadata you provide.
- Analysis results: scores, strengths, improvement areas, and key moments generated from your calls.
- Usage data: number of analyses performed and minutes analyzed, used to enforce your plan limits.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide transcription, speaker identification, and AI coaching analysis.
- To manage your account, subscription, and usage limits.
- To improve service quality and reliability.
Third-Party Services
To deliver the service, we work with trusted third-party providers for account authentication, speech-to-text processing, AI analysis, secure cloud storage, and payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Recording and Consent
You must only record or import conversations when you have the legal right and any required consent to do so. SolvCue does not provide hidden or automatic call recording. You are solely responsible for compliance with recording and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit. Access to your account requires authentication. Sensitive credentials and API keys are never stored in the app or exposed to users.
Storage and Retention
Audio files are stored locally on your device while being processed. After a successful analysis, local audio is deleted by default. Transcripts and analysis results are stored securely on our servers to provide the service and your call history. We retain your data until you delete it or close your account.
Your Rights and Deletion
You can delete individual call records at any time in the app. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data via Settings → Delete account, at solvcue.com/delete-account, or by emailing support@solvcue.com.
