Delete your account
You can permanently delete your SolvCue account and all associated data at any time. Choose the method that works best for you.
Option 1 — In the app Fastest
- Open SolvCue and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm the prompt. Your account and all data are permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By email
Send an email to support@solvcue.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify ownership and complete the deletion within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
- Your account credentials and profile information.
- All call records and associated metadata.
- Transcripts and AI analysis stored on our servers.
- Usage history and subscription records.
Audio recordings are never stored on our servers — they remain on your device and are removed when you delete the app or the individual call. Anonymized operational logs required for security and legal compliance may be retained for a brief period before deletion.
Active subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription separately in Google Play → Subscriptions before or after deleting your account.
